tailored to your needs.
From having experience working on homes overlooking lake Michigan to servicing the small needs of
homeowners throughout southeast Wisconsin I have the experience to perform quality work at very
reasonable rates.
My experience and professionalism include the following: Property caretaker services, plumbing,
electrical, tile work, room remodeling, drywall, painting, woodworking and just about anything else you can
think of doing to the inside of your home.
RATES:
CALLS FOR WORK WHICH YOU REQUIRE TO BE DONE ON THE DAYS LISTED BELOW WILL BE BILLED AT 1 1/2
TIMES THE LISTED RATES. (MY POLICY OF NOT CHARGING DOUBLE TIME FOR HOLIDAYS REMAINS IN EFFECT)
Other services I provide such as painting, tile work and drywall type work will be done on a per bid basis.
These services will not be billed at 1 1/2 times the bid rate if they fall on Saturdays or Sundays. Any work
outside of the original quote must be paid for at the time of completion.
All other work regardless of the type will be billed at $30.00 / hr. Quotes will always remain free.

- Electrical services / permit required work - not including permit $80.00/hr
- Plumbing services / non permit work $40.00/hr
- Plumbing services / permit required work - not including permit $90.00/hr
- Trip charges for the above $25.00
- REDUCED RATES ARE APPLIED TO INDIVIDUALS ON FIXED OR LOW INCOMES
